The future of the railway industry: that was the Railway Summer Camp 2025

This year again, we were able to offer the students an unforgettable week. Accompanied by railway experts, they gained in-depth insights into current topics and future issues of the industry.

At the opening, the major project at Bern railway station was in the spotlight. Guided directly by the specialists involved in the project, the participants received fascinating first-hand information and developed a sense of the scale that a project of this magnitude entails.

Highlights included excursions such as the visit to the Lötschberg tunnel or the site tour in Givisiez. Together with employees, the students had the opportunity to explore construction sites on location and gained exclusive insights into the complex processes behind some of Switzerland’s most significant infrastructure projects.

The Railway Summer Camp 2025 was a week full of knowledge, inspiration, and encounters – a week the participants will not soon forget, one that gave them a clearer vision for their professional future.
