09:17-09:30 Arrival at Versam railway station

Morning: Tour of the construction site

The construction site is a 30-minute walk from Versam railway station.

During the visit to the Aulta rockfall gallery construction site, you will learn more about the construction of the RhB railway infrastructure and natural hazard prevention.

Lunch

During a delicious lunch, you will have the opportunity to chat with our project manager and the other students.

Afternoon: Guided tour of the RhB Landquart workshop

Discover further applications of engineering at the Rhaetian Railway during the guided tour of the rolling stock workshop in Landquart. Our specialists will give you an insight into their day-to-day work.

Until 17:00 Presentation, aperitif and networking

At the end of the day, you can toast to the instructive and exciting day at a cosy get-together, enjoy refreshments and have time to chat with everyone again.

Registration

We look forward to your registration! The number is limited to 20 people. Registration deadline is Friday, 12 April 2024.

The programme will be held in German. There will be a waiting list if registrations exceed the number of places available.

Please wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as part of the programme takes place outside.

We welcome applications from interested students from all technical degree programmes who would like to gain an insight into the work of engineers at RhB.
